• Project Management
  A highly experienced project manager, an individual with an in-depth understanding of the pancredit system who has been involved in many implementations, oversees each client implementation. They co-ordinate the deployment of relevant pancredit consultants for each stage of the process.
• Consultancy
  Our Consultants are finance industry experts who will sit down with you and go through your business processes. Once they are satisfied they understand your needs, they will configure the pancredit system accordingly or translate them into precise requirement definition documents to pass on to the designers assigned to your team.
• Implementation
  We have developed a comprehensive implementation methodology, drawing on the broad experience of previous pancredit implementaions, to ensure that your project concludes successfully.
• Data Conversion
  Migrating data from a legacy system to a new one is always a challenge. At pancredit we have developed standard conversion routines and reports to facilitate the process making it as swift and efficient as possible and have a permanent team who are specialists in converting data from a variety of systems.
• Training
  A full range of training services is available both during the implementation and on an on-going basis for new or advanced users. In addition to tailored courses on the customer site, a schedule of public courses is run at pancredit's premises. "Train the trainer" courses are also available to allow the customer to take control of an on-going staff training.
• Documentation
  Full documentation detailing our system including functional specificationsm entity models and training materials is available. User documentation is provided in the form of a full online, context sensitive help system that is similar in approach to most Microsoft products, therefore avoiding the need for large printed user manuals.
