This team takes your business definitions and converts them into a system designed and developed specifically to your requirements.

• Design
  The design teams take the definitions written by the consultants and translate them into system designs. They also identify any gaps in the system and provide realistic estimates for any development work required to meet your exact needs.
• Development
  A development team is assigned to your project who will take the designs and convert them into your system. Our own rigid development procedures ensure quality development that produces a system that works first time.
• Technical Consultancy
  Our Technical Consultants assist you to identify the best platform for your system. This is sometimes done in association with our partners or with your own preferred suppliers. Your Technical Consultants will be on hand throughout the implementation process. They are also heavily involved with Research and Development to ensure our technology remains at the cutting edge.
• Release Management
  We have a dedicated team of people responsible solely for managing the release of new versions and upgrades.
• Technical Support
  Our technical support and infrastructure teams are on hand to iron out any problems of a technical nature you might encounter.
• Testing
  We have an extremely comprehensive and detailed testing procedure that is supported at each stage by the pancredit in-house incident tracking system. Much of the testing is done via an automated test tool and all testing adheres to ISO 9001 standards.
• Quality
  pancredit achieved ISO 9001 and associated TickIT certification in 1996. We are audited on a 6 monthly basis and are currently a reference site for our external auditors. We have our own methodologies for each process within the business and these are accessible to all via an internal intranet.
