• Generic Look-ups & Decision Trees
  A number of functional areas within the application will call on these ‘black-box’ functions to return the appropriate result which will then be used by that functional area. The criteria used within these are user definable.

• Workflow Management
  A work flow management facility is provided to satisfy the queuing requirements of all areas of the system, i.e. new business, customer servicing, arrears management, etc.
• Audit
  Both financial audit and generic database audit functionality are provided.

• Document Production
  A print module is provided which can be called from numerous areas of the application to print data to a number of devices, e.g. printer, fax, e-mail or file.
  
  The invoicing process within pancredit allows for the provision of both automatic and manual requesting of invoices and other payment related documents.

• Security
  Provides a role-based facility to control user access to functionality, data and tasks.

• Batch Processing
  The batch processing function provides the ability to run non interactive tasks outside office hours such as end of day routines, month and year end routines, specialised imports from or exports to third party systems, accrual of interest and automated production and printing of; statements, BACS reports, collection letters etc.
  
  A batch process can run in isolation or as part of a process group.
