It enables extensive automation of business processes, is proven to scale to support millions of accounts and through its sophisticated decisioning capability, assists lenders in achieving the optimum balance between credit risk management and maximisation of new business opportunities.

The largest loan book in the UK runs on pancredit and, on behalf of our customers, we process the loans of over 100 affinity partners, including banks, building societies and large membership organisations.

pancredit also has specialist depth and experience in motor finance, insurance premium finance, loan broker finance and asset finance.  The software covers the entire life cycle of a loan, from new business, credit decisioning and risk, to business intelligence, servicing and collections.

The software is available as a complete end to end loan processing solution or as pick and choose modules. Delivery can take the form of a complete on site implementation or over the Internet as a hosted or ASP solution.

The software is accessed via a web based front end that is customised to the individual business and any specific channels.   Channels can be customer self-service, call centres and intermediaries such as brokers or dealers.  Self-service customers can apply, receive a decision and print their documents over the web with no operator intervention, intermediaries can process business through a branded secure website and call centre or branch staff can be provided with customised scripted screens matched closely to their business processes.
